There are a few details about your system that greatly influence ProTERM: what computer, system version, ProTERM version, and a few other basic items. To easily obtain a list of this information:
・ Click on the Tools menu, and choose Additions > ProTERM Info.
ProTERM Info is a basic information list that can be very a valuable tool in helping us resolve certain problems.
You can send the ProTERM Info list to InTrec via email or fax, or conventional mail. If you call for voice support, it is helpful to have this information ready so we can more easily discuss what may influence ProTERM in your system.
